I have a LockState LS-SC1000 but I don't really care for it. The fingerprint scanner is finicky and I have to be careful opening it lest it relock on me. I have a NanoVault NV300 coming I'm going to try as a repacement.

I don't, have any minor children to worry about so I usually leave the lockbox unlocked when I'm at home.

I have the gunvault mini deluxe and it works great. quick and easy access to your loaded gun if you ever need it.

I also love my gunvault. I have the deluxe one w/o biometric and it works good.

I have two different Gunvaults (non biometric) and both are great. The GunVault Mini Deluxe especially is fantastic... well made, reliable, and quick opening.

got a wannabee gunvault from Sportsmans Guide that uses 4 buttons with a 5-button combination input. it comes with holes so i drilled and tapped my bedrail(thick) and mounted it on there. very close at hand and opens without fail. think it was around 70 bucks.
