Go to the colt website for an example of the anniversary editions. You might be thinking of the ANVIII model. The "100 years of service" mark on the right side of the slide comes standard on all single action models produced this year..or maybe it was november '10 to november '11. Still looks pretty cool, I really like mine. Nothing spectacular but it's a nice added touch. I'm actually unsure as to what your post is asking, hope that covered it. -

Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.
