The longer you shoot you will see that this happens. Not frequently but manufacturing millions of rounds some are going to get by. Most are caught by the laser readers but nothing in life is perfect is it? Hand the round off to the range master and he will dispose of it for you. Load up a mag and keep shooting. Now if I had a box that had more than 1 in there then I might contact the manufacturer. Not worth my time for 1 round. This happens to all manufactures. Only way to get around it is to roll your own. I stopped being dependent on factory ammo and now I shoot more than twice as much for the same cost. It's a no brainer.

California, where all of the good stuff is banned, registered, regulated or prohibited, yay.....
Law abiding firearm owners have no chance in this state.

Ya know... if ya pull the little tray out of the box & give a quick once over an error like that would be obvious.
When I reload my rounds they go into a tray for that reason even if they're headed for bags or bulk boxes. I like to have a look for upside down or unseated primers and 50 rounds in a tray a raised primer is like a sore thumb.
Loading on a turret I handle every round when it goes in & when it comes out. No commercial manufacturer has that kinda QC.
