    Thin black 1911 grips

    What do u recommend? Must be black, going on a sw1911pd. I like barrios but not sure which are the thinnest. Frags? 320's? Other options? Thx for the help

    i loke my Op IIs. i sanded them with 320 and it made a HUGE difference. just remember if you get the o rings, you may be able to get a FLAT block and sand the back a little bit to lower the profile....anyone chime in if they have done this or not.

        Dunno if they're the thinnest, but the set of Carbon Creations grips I had looked fantastic and felt pretty thin. According to their website, they're less than 0.250" thick.

              Check out Raasco, they have thin grips.

              Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

                I have, but have not shot with yet, the VZ Operators. I had the regular size VZ gator, but they were too slick for me.

                Just remember that you will have to get slim bushings also.

                  Like the raasco's. Probably those or the gags at this point. Not sure on how thin is too thin. At .156 vs .220 not sure which?
