    686 Prelock from Gunbroker

If the 686+ is on the california roster, does that mean I can buy a prelock on gunbroker and bring it here?

Handguns on the Roster have a termination date, once a firearm expires from the list it can only be brought back by re-testing.

It is doubtful that a pre-lock is still on the list as I believe the expiration date for most is about 2 years.

If you're looking for a 686, I would think that you should be in the dash 8 era at least, which would be a lock revolver. The dashes mean something on the Roster just as they do from the factory....as does the difference in barrel lengths, go figure....

Not true. You can get this gun and have it shipped to Valkyrie Arms and have them convert it to Single Action; It would need to have a least a 5" barrel.
        Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.
