    Based on the current DOJ roster, could you do an interstate purchase through a CA FFL? Do CA FFL have a computer system that checks this?

    I didn't see the 96FS on the list. To have it shipped from a dealer stock to another dealer for transfer it has to be on the list or single shot.
    Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

      The 96 is just the .40 version of the 92... Turners has them in the case, they are on the roster.

      You're not seeing it because there is no 96FS. They are simply "96" or "96A1"

        Mine's a 96G Elite. Not on roster. None of this 1a or II stuff. I didn't like the vertec style grip on the later elite.
