    Good Range Bags?

    Hey all -

I have 2 range bags, one for the handgun collection (list below) and the other for magazines and ammo.

That works well for me, because they get locked up in separate locations, adding another degree of safety to the mix.

Anyhow, one of the bags is getting a little cramped, and I am looking to get something a bit bigger.

Anybody got a range bag that they love?

I REALLY like my midway compact range bag, not too big or small.

+100 for the midway range bag. Can't beat the 40 dollar price tag

You will have a hard time finding a better one in that price range. It can easily hold 4 pistols and a kazillion magazines. I contantly find myself overloading it weight wise, even though it still has plenty of space left. If necessary, I would suggest getting 2.

Just received the Midway compact and it's perfect. About the same size as Uncle Mike's but the fabric is not as thick and stiff and it comes in green. Thought the full size would be a better deal but don't need something that big.

My view is that bigger is not necessarily better.

Once you load up one of those large range bags, they are hard to lug around

                            At least for me.

I like my Tac Force small range bag.

It holds 3 pistols, ammo, staple gun, ears, glasses, tape, miscellaneous odds and ends, cleaning stuff.

Ready to go, I don't want it any heavier than that

If I have to, I make a second trip to the truck for targets.

Another vote for the Midway bag. At one point they were backordered and it took 4weeks but the wait was worth it. I may get a second one.
