th SW9F was the original Glock clone that caused the copy lawsuit, if you can find a good one they are excellent with a nice trigger as this first model did not have the heavy pull. However, there were some quality control issues and some of this model had some problems---there are some good samples out there, if found they can be had very cheap, excellent value.

Uh, ya mine didn't either. Easily the worst trigger I've shot. Reliable weapon, so thats a plus. Horrible trigger, would rather spend a little more.

its decent... errr alright for the price. There are so many guns that are way better for only a few bills more. Example, Turners has sigpros for 399 right now, just a little bit more than a stigma.

              THE NEW GUY

Because the design is so much similar to the Glock, you guys think changing the Sigmas trigger to an aftermarket Glocks 4# trigger would work?

It has a Stigma for not being a very good gun.

in addition to the heavy trigger pull, ive heard from a guy at my gun shop claim they have a tendency to spit the spent casings towards the shooter and not out to the right.

Great gun for value. I own a 9mm and shoot production USPSA with it.

I am always looking for Beretta D models in 9mm or a Compact Type M.

this problem never happened to me.

also i was the opposite about changing my mind. i tried to say that people were just complaining about the trigger pull and needed to man up. then i shot it and was like dang this sucks.lol

the trigger isn't that bad. do the mod to it by removing the spring and it gets better. that being said, i'd get the ruger p95 or sig pro. although you can can pick it up here for a low price. enjoy

I sold a Ruger P95 and got the Sigma. Very happy with the trade, the Ruger was junk.

I bought a used sigma as my first gun. I can say it was not a bad decision. The trigger pull is heavy, but after some practice you don't notice it. It has been very reliable. Your shooting friends will give you a lot of crap over it though.

                                Good, solid, reliable pistols.

I can't comment on the trigger; some folks may have gotten rough ones; the ones I got have been no better or worse than any of the polymer framed pistols I've owned.

                                Cheers,
