I have shot a Glock before Not sure what model or what caliber it was. And I dont mind the look of the Glocks.. I actually like them..
Also I want the .45 ACP for the stopping power.. but I do really wanna look at the 9mm for plinking prices.. But I want to know if I do have a HD situation I can but the MF down. Im considering maybe 2 1 in 9mm and 1 in 45 but at the same time I dont need 2 hand guns and if I only use my 9mm and have to use my 45 one day Ill only be use to the 9mm and be thrown off or not ready to use to 45 in a stress situation.
And I don't want to spend over $600 on a hand gun. Sorry. Just not going to happen.
My buddy has a Kimber 1911 and his jammed all the time.. And Im not looking to drop $800 to $1500 on a pistol.
I think Im probably going to head down to the range and rent a few of them. And see how they fit.
Thanks for all the input guys.

The Glock family is black and blocky. But the G21 and the G20 are on the biggest frame. Its a hefty gun. The 19/22/23 is a smaller gun. The 26/27/33 even smaller. Looking at pictures doesn't help too much, having them in front of you and holding them is what you want to do. Case in point, the G29 sub compact is actually has a slide thats a little bit shorter and a little bit wider than a G19/23/32. But its a much heftier gun. You really don't understand that unless you can get your grubby mitts on 'em.
