    Yes
    Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

Yup, only applies to new handguns. You can buy as many used handguns as you want but you need a seperate DROS for each one.

        true
That punk pulled a Glock 7 on me. You know what that is? It's a porcelain gun made in Germany. Dosen't show up on your airport X-ray machines, here, and it cost more than you make in a month.

hmmm... so if a gun is being bought on consignment from out of state as a FFL to FFL transfer, does that count as "new" or is that also exempt from 30-days?

e.g. i'm in jail from a "new" pistol bought a couple weeks ago... can i still DROS a used gun being sold on consignment by another FFL in another state shipped to my local FFL?

i wish this crap wasn't so confusing.

No that second pistol would not be a PPT.

that's what i figured... if it's a FFL txfr, it counts in the waiting period?

i think the exemption is only for face-to-face transactions via PPT.

no no no... the "waiting period" of 10 days is for any firearm sold or transferred in CA. this is often called the "cooling off period."

the 30-days we are discussing is the blackout period imposed by the DOJ on purchasing no more than one "handgun" via DROS every 30 days, unless you are exempt or doing a PPT.

hahaha. I'm an idiot and got confused about what he was saying. Not to mention I was about to freak that I had to wait 25 more days to pick up my new toy!

lol. Thanks for calming me down.
