    Glock 21SF

Wow, got to run this baby today and WOW , what a keeper this thing is. Dead on Bull first shot out of a virgin barrel, and made a ragged hole around it (about 1 1/2 ")with the other 13rds. It's now my OC and car gun with the Keltec .380 concealed. I'm fast becoming a Glockaholic and seek Glocks in all calibers.

Oh yea, the Bersa I got last Sat. doesn't like PMC ammo but likes Magtech, any of you other guys had trouble with that stuff. The Keltec ate it up and spit it out.

Have a great gun carryin' Kenpo day

    Yep.

    I love my 21SF.

Fitted it with Trijicon's and took it to the range on Tuesday. I love me some Glocks, affordable and accurate.

What I find most amazing is they say it's only 3mm they took off, but it feels like inches. I grabbed a G21 about 6 months ago and hated the feel of it, like a wierd shaped board in my hand. I don't like the G30 cuz the grip's too short. The SF, definitely a great feel and good shooter, and with a 13+1 capacity, you go thru ammo pretty quick

I like OCing this gun, scares the sheep and another gunny appreciates the weapon of choice.

        I know there's a in joke there......

Yeah, the regular 21 feels a lot bigger. Overall it fits in very nice with my 30, 36 and 23's. It might become my favorite Glock yet, but as of now my 2nd gen 23 still holds that spot.

i tried the 21 sf at the shooting fair in norco and it felt right. not quite the same as my 17 or 22, but way better than the regular 21. on my want list for sure, but was told by a glock rep that they wont be here until august or september, the right ca approved ones at least.

Brent sells them regularly around $525, a little lower at gun shows.

It's still a bit bigger than the 17/22, but feels immensely different from the standard 21. I loved it as soon as I picked it up.

The 20SF? The 20 is a 10mm right, thought it had a slim frame as it was? AZ been very, very good to me . I'm getting my windows tinted (legal here, unlike CA) Monday, get rid of the UV and harsh sun while at work. I've got covered parking here now, keeps the car a lot cleaner

Overall, a great experience, looking at other jobs already that are paying more as I took this one just to get moved here. Now that I'm established and working, it's much easier to find other employment .

Why not get a 21SF and drop in a 10mmAuto barrel?

It's going to be a long wait before Glock comes out with any other SF frames.

There would be issues with the extractor as that and the bolt face have different dimensions. It's kind of like going to a 9mm barrel in a G-22. If the slides are the same I could buy the 21 and throw one of my 20 uppers on it..... then I'd run into magazine issues as the new mags aren't the same as the Gen 3 Glocks.

The frame of the 10mm and 45 are the same in the Gen 3's, so I'm sure they're going to keep it that way for the SF's. It shouldn't be long at all before the 20SF is out.... only minor differences.

AZ been very, very good to me . Bought a Rem 870 this weekend for $160, hardly ever shot. Guy wanted to get his windows tinted and cash talks . I'm getting my windows tinted (legal here, unlike CA) Monday, get rid of the UV and harsh sun while at work. I've got covered parking here now, keeps the car a lot cleaner

Glad to hear it! It's funny how normal all of this over-regulated, expensive statist stuff becomes after you've been here for a while. I'm looking for a job in Wyoming right now..... should be back there by Christmas! Then you can't tease me about freedom anymore!
