      as far as I know your mom or dad, cousin, uncle, friend, etc may buy you ammo.
      Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

          yup what morrcarr67 said. I was given an handgun from my grandma via intrafamiliar transfer last year. I turn 21 in april so my dad has to buy it for me.

              I long for the days when I needed an ID.

              I don't even need one now for my senior discount.
