APEX M&P RAM

Anyone here have or installed APEX RAM into their M&P??
I been told that once you installed RAM, it will disable the magazine disconnect safety feature. Is that true? Does it disable anything else when that product is install to M&P?
I just came back from the range today and oh my, the reset of M&P is terrible.

Buy it. It will not disable the mag disco. If you understand how the mag disco works, you'll see that the RAM has no affect on it whatsoever. And it will indeed give you a reset click you can feel.

You need to disable the magazine disconnect to get the RAM to work correctly. Do a search to find more info, I'm on my phone or I'd post the links.

Really? Mine came w/ the RAM installed, and it still worked as advertised (both the RAM and the mag disco). I removed the mag disco later, just cuz, but the reset didn't feel any different.

They actually work against each other so it is recommended to disable or remove it.

hummmm.... I emailed APEX tactical, but they cannot respond until Jan.24th because they went to gun show event and they are not coming back until that time.
I been told they are making a version that works with the magazine disconnect feature, but not sure when they will come out with that product.

Solution is simple: remove the mag disconnect. All you need is a small spring. Easy peasy.

There it is, I guess it disables the may disco with the provided spring.

thank you all for the help and the link. I think I am going to wait until Scott from APEX comes back from the gun show. He did say they are working on a new RAM that works for the magazine disconnect. It feels little weird, but I do like the magazine disconnect feature for now. I hope they make it very soon if not I guess I will have to settle with that spring option.
