proof of residency help

i dont have a vehicle registered under my name, and i live at home so i dont have a utility bill. i heard that there is a rent/lease form that will work as proof of residency, where would i get one of these forms. i live in Alameda county (i dont know if that matters), and do i need to do anything special to the form like have it notarized? thanks for the help

staples has a nic little kit that doesnt require a sig u can just print the name of ur "landlord" no noterization required

You can write it on a napkin legally...simply typed on a word processor is fine...or get a "form" from another source. You could get a voter registration card too

I bought a lease agreement from Staples and then had my landlord sign it, no big deal.

Turners will give you one. they usually have a big stack behind the gun counter. go in get a form, look at a few guns, then leave and buy your gun somewhere else.

I just got one from the shop I was getting the gun then filled it out had my landlord sIgn it and was gtg in just a couple mins

you can get a driving history record for yourself at the DMV for $5. It should have your current address on it(even if you don't currently have a vehicle registered)....if not, update your address with the dmv and then get the record. Some people have said htat you can get one online as well and print it out(for $3), but its not as extensive(only goes back 3 years, not 5 or 10)

You could even type up your own lease agreement as long as it includes the leaser and leasee's name and signature, same address as your license, the current month, and $xx.xx amount.
