    having problems with

a new guy here begging for help..... so im at my barber's shop one day ( same barber since the day i was born) we were talking about guns recently, and he stops cutting my hair to show me a Colt Anaconda 45LC with a 6'' barrel. he asks me if i liked it and i said yeah, he turns around and gave it to me as a gift no cash transfer no anything he just wanted "me" to have it over his own son.. and out of no where he passes away 1 week later (88 years old). im pretty young (22) so the gun is older than me, i ask a buddy of mine to run it, not wanted for any crimes or theft, turns out the gun was never registered to him but to the guy that gave it to him. the guy that it was registered to is more than likely dead now... anyone have any info they can give on getting papers on this puppy legally????? appreciate all the help guys........

I would fill out the Operation of Law form and in the space for "How Acquired" I would put "Executor of an Estate" pay the $19.00 and call it good.

Or, maybe just the Firearms Ownership Record form.
    Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

The way some gunshop clerks spout off, you'd think that they invented gunpowder and the repeating rifle, and sat on the Supreme Court as well.
