    Mag capacity for .22

I know here in wonderful Kalifornia there is a 10 round mag capacity, but I thought I heard that there wasn't a max for .22 cal. I see Kel Tec is coming out with the PMR-30, a 30 round capacity pistol in .22 magnum. I assume that in this freakin state this will be a No No weapon, but thought someone might know for sure.
    Thanks

22 with a tubular magazine is exempt from the capacity limit.
Never initiate force against another. That should be the underlying principle of your life. But should someone do violence to you, retaliate without hesitation, without reservation, without quarter, until you are sure that he will never wish to harm - or never be capable of harming - you or yours again.

Figures. I knew I heard something about tubes, but was hoping.
Anybody think Gov Brown will change any of these silly state laws?
No, I don't think so either!

        Thanks all.

A Bill making changes; a vote of the house of Representatives; a vote of the Senate and a Yes Signature by the Gov.

          Ain't gonna happen.

          Other alternatives are
          a. Court challenge
          b. Petition to place on ballot (by vote)...(not sure about this one)

Just because every major position in the state went to a Democrat, and Kalifornia doing exactly the opposite of what the rest of the country did, is no reason to lose hope....because there's no hope to lose

You are funny! You need to head down to the Comedy Store in Hollywood on Monday night and make them laugh there too.
              Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

There is a strong possibility Gov. Brown will indeed change these silly state laws. He will make them even more ridiculous.

Yes. I think he will try to change them to a 1-shot "magazine" maximum.

Heritage is coming out with their 9 capacity revolvers. You could get one of those for piece of mind that limitation is dictated by inherit revolver nature and not california law.

If it doesn't have to be a pistol, this one looks like a bunch of fun. Cant find them anywhere though. http://hammerliarms.com/

I don't remember him giving too much of a **** about guns back when he was Governor Moonbeam, so lets hope he still doesn't care. He was more interested in things like the NOX device that made his cousin, the inventor, filthy rich, and while he didn't like the police too much, at least he supported them (of course he knows who his security team is made up of, these same cops!).
