Does this CZ pistol exist?

I've tried to search the internet and wikipedia but have not found a definitive answer.

I am interested in the CZ compact pistols, namely the P-01, but want to have it in steel (so a CZ 75 Compact?), but I also want to have it *with* a rail.

Does this exist, is it available in CA, or am I stuck with either a steel from OR a rail?

EDIT: Forgot to mention I want it in 9mm

Some compacts have alloy frames, like my PCR. Others, like the one pointed out, have steel frames. The product description page for said pistol says:

"Frame Steel"

I would start an internet fight--but you're totally right. It looks like the 40S&W model is definitely a steel frame, while the 9mm P-01 is an alloy frame...

I'll step out of this one.
