    Magazine Mod Question

Ok, I know a simple two part clear epoxy will work for a permanent fix on polymer magazines to be 10 round compliant.
Will JB WELD work for steel magazines?
    Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

JB weld works great. Make sure the steel is very clean. You can first use spray brake cleaner from an auto parts store, then wash it off with 90%+ isopropyl alcohol from your drug store.

Because I'm working on steel pistol magazines and only need to block 2 rounds. Not sure a rivet would work in my case or that I would want one.
