    Off roster prices here

I was talking to a friend about off roster firearms. He said he has seen free state guns go for 2 to 3 times MSRP here. Is that true?

OK, lets be real. I have seen some go for a few hundred bucks over MSRP, but DOUBLE price????

If true, what gun has so much buzz to demand such crazyness?

I see Ruger LCP's routinely go for double on PPT's.
    Slow justice is no justice.

I was shooting a Glock when shooting a Glock wasn't cool.

2-3 times MSRP? Not a chance in hell

          Look what prk does:

Brand new LCP's for under MSRP. Don't have to be LEO to buy

I see these titles quite often:

"OFF LIST (Insert gun here), PPT ONLY! OFF LIST, THIS GUN IS NOT ON THE CA SAFE LIST! OFF LIST!"

            Then you see the prices:
            $2000 $1950 $1800 LAST DROP! $1700 $1500 $1450 SPF

I know the seller has the right to ask whatever they want, but this "OFF LIST" markup is really annoying. I can't wait until PRK Arms (and others) get enough "OFF LIST" handguns into the state via single-shot exemption so that we don't have to deal with this price inflation anymore.

i totally agree. they should start doing single shot conversion on STI's and SVI's. i'll be a happy camper!

Not anymore, not in this economy. There is still a slight premium, but not like it was 2 or 3 years ago. Plus, availability of obscure items has gotten broader as more people are putting their safe-queens, un-shot collectibles, unused guns, and more hard to find items up for sale BECAUSE of the economy; never have I seen so many Colt Pythons for sale in the Calguns market section.

I've seen unobtainium HK's go for a premium here, and I've also seen the state of the economy drive some of those same prices down.

I think its crazy to pay over retail for off list modern handguns.
There are enough very good handguns in stores in Ca.

In my circles I see a BIG demand and higher prices paid for OUT OF PRODUCTION handguns.

Damn we should raise our prices for those.

We have FN 45 tacticals, HK 45's, off list Sigs, Colts, RIA 1911's, Xdm's and just about anything else you want. We don't rape our customers either.
