A couple months ago my local WalMart had a rennovation. All of the ammo ended up on shelves in the isles, accessable to anyone walking through the isle. No locks, no clear plastic barrier, nothing.
I went back a couple weeks ago, and the shelves for the pistol calibers were empty. I asked the clerk, and he said that a local law enforcement agent informed them that the pistol caliber stuff had to be locked up. So it was in a locked unit under the register, out of view. They had what I was looking for, I just had to ask for it.
Anyways, I was curious how YOUR WalMart makes their pistol caliber ammo available? And is the law local/state/fed to control accessability for pistol caliber ammo?
