    A case that has been reloaded too many times becomes brittle and splits.

    I reloaded a 9mm case 30 times using a maximum charge of 231 under a 147gr bullet last weekend. The case did not stick. I reloaded another 9mm case 25 times the weekend before. It did not stick either.

        Case looked fine ; was within sammi specs.

          have a smith look into the action of the gun. might be a bur, a very bad bur causing it to lock up.

          better a couple dollars spent there then at the hospital.
