At the height of the panic I always had .40 available to me.

I see .40 being popular for a long time thanks to people who snatched them up for ammo availability. Ahead of .40 though I'd still put 9mm for being widely available, and then .45.

When it comes to the most available ammo, I say this....



I still have no clue how much 20 Mike-Mike ammo is out there in our (military) arsenal, but it's a S**T ton!!

In my last unit we ran through 2,000 rounds a day, and that is one unit.
