update on the Nordyke case? no ?

IIRC nordyke is waiting on McDonald's "official" outcome since it was remanded back to lower court to be wrapped up (chicago has many 2a issues). Then Nordyke will wait for whatever other case comes up that allows the judges to dodge the publicity associated with the case ending in our favor for another few months. After that delay, there'll be another one until they run out of excuses for not finishing the case.

The delay tactics might cause a less dedicated group of individuals to resign in frustration. They don't seem to know the group they're messing with.
