Just for information . ALL EUROPEAN 9mm pistols are worked around a typical 123-124 grain round at 1200 FPS + ( STD NATO).

All 147's. I am not saying PROBLEMS. But a GEN3 si better than GEN4 as far function.

Here is another thing . Poeple who pack all the time and/or poeple who carry while at work , NUMBER ONE look at how well does the psitol work .

Cool factor, magazine articles etc --- not important.

I carry several handguns on and off duty. The MOST important thing for me is that they work when I need them.

At the recent match ( near Chicago) I shot my stock Glock against some reallly nice folks with $3000-4000.00 + 1911's and never had to deal with a jam..... THEY DID.

I'll take a glock over a 1911 any day. The RTF probably won't live on into the Gen 5. But Gen 4's in general are great weapons

My Gen4G17 has been flawless from day one. I guess I'm that 1% of problem free Gen4s Glocks.
