For concealed carry I wouldnt recommend having a hammer although the Springer EMP is an awsome gun. I carry a Ruger SR9-C 10 shots of 9mm at your finger tips and its not much thicker than a Kahr. Id recommend it for anyone serious about home or personal defense Ruger makes some damn good guns.

I have a Ruger SR9c and really like this little gun, if and when I'm ever to CC this is what I will carry. I also have the SR9 and the recoil on the C is the same if not less than the fullsize. It's a great gun backed by Ruger's great customer service. Redhemi
