I had ordered a number of items from Midway including Zev Tech Competition Spring kit and V2 Race Connector. The spring kit worked great and everything installed nicely. Upon reassembly, the trigger would stick mid pull and I noticed a slight bit of lift in the slide from the frame. I tried a few fixes and nothing worked. I decided to contact Glockworx directly and sent an email describing my problem. I received an email within an hour stating they would send a replacement and that it may have been bent during shipping. I received my package today, installed the connector, and it works perfectly. Shorter reset, nice pull. Not only that, but there was a return shipping label in the envelope.

In short, I wanted to say thanks to them for outstanding customer service.

Good to know, thanks! The guys I used to buy Glock parts from (triggerkit.com) are on some sort of sabbatical, so I'll have to give someone else a try should I buy another Glock.
