As noted above, you don't need FFL or special shipping to ship the frame only to S&W.

I'd try that first since it's free and leaves the trigger pull at the factory spec's, part of their safety design.

Because it's so much smoother it appears lighter to me, but it really isn't.

I measured it with a trigger pull gauge and it's still within .5/lb of stock.

After thousands of rounds through my sigma, my trigger pull is about 8 lbs and breaks like a wet sponge. I think it's time for a trip to S&W.

I love mine, but my M&P has replaced it for HD.
