quick question for you gun law guru's. A friend of mine is from Wyoming and has some firearms he would like to sell. One of which is the Taurus Judge that is for some reason a no-no to sell here in California new. I was curious if a PPT is a way to get one of these beauties or is it still on our "can't have wish list".

I always turn to my fellow calgunners for interpretation of our states ridiculous gun laws. Thanks again everyone.
