so im picking it up on the 21st and was wondering if my build date would have the updated followers, recoil spring and cutout under the feed ramp to alleviate the follower breakage. the serial puts it built around november '07.

so 1 month after getting this beast i finally get out yesterday to run some rounds through it. i ran 250 roundsof mixed stuff - wolf, wwb, gold dots and blazer. it didn't miss a beat at all, digested everything without a hitch. the follower did semi blow up though, not enough to put a halt on the session but i had to push it to the rear when loading. recoil didn't feel bad at all through around 200 rounds, that is untill i started shooting my p220 and then went back to the pm40. thats when it felt like a real handfull. so all in all im very pleased with the reliability with the piece. i emailed kahr when i got home and got the reply this morning that they are sending out 2 replacement followers.
