Okay spoke to the seller. The model # is PC9105L. I do NOT see this model in the CA approved list? Now I do see model PC9105LCA on the CA approved list would this apply?

So is it Legal or not???

if the model # is not on the list, you can't buy it from someone out of state.

Right on the box... The difference between the 9105L and 9105LCA is the grips! Dont believe me call debbie at springfield

          PC9105LCA (ambi safety) / Steel Pistol 5" .45 ACP 9/20/2009
          PC9105LCA / Steel Pistol 5" .45 ACP 9/20/2009

^ those 2 are listed. it sounds like the vendor tenbrook is in contact with has the older version with the old model number. correct me if i'm wrong, but without the "CA" at the end, the gun is not on the roster, therefore buying it from out of state is illegal.

When the TRP Operator was added to the roster, it had a full length rail.

Shortening the rail is sufficient to drop the new production off the roster, due to the frame being modified beyond something as simple as a finish color. Regardless, Springfield Armoroy also changed their model numbers when they changed from full rail to half rail.

The model number for the half-rail TRP Operator is PC9105LP (P designation for being in a package with the mag holder and such.. so "...LP" or "...L" is the same model)

The model number for the full rail TRP Operator is PC9105LCA.

The full rail TRP Operator is on the drop list (check for yourself) and the half-rail is not.

There seems to be even more fun with the model numbers as one labeled PC9105L is shown with a full rail here: http://forums.1911forum.com/showthread.php?t=119644

            Full rail = OK
            Half-rail = no-go
Full rial with different grips = OK (grip differences are specifically exempted from the roster)

I talked to debbie about the grip difference. One comes with G10 and one has the sandpaper grips. The 9105L has sandpaper grips whereas the 9105LCA has G10 grips. actually the 9105LCA now comes with G10 and sandpaper grips. LEELAW is exactly right... So believe it or not Yes the half rail is no longer california approved

Does anyone have a definite YES or NO on weather it ok for me to receive this Pistol in CA?

Is it possible that one type of "Springfield TRP Operator Full Rail" is on the CA list but this one is not? Could they have different model #'s?

                  Thanks Guys!!
check these links...if it is a package deal your still cool it just adds PA or something like that on the end of the part number.
