I'd laugh for days

I'm surprised Snopes hasn't snoped it. I took it off another board, tried to find some research on it but couldn't, only current blogs, no news outlets.

Did you just recognize it from the past, or did you find a truth detection site that addressed it?

I always try to truth detect things before I post, but kind of came up empty, however just the idea of it led me to put it up.

I would like to find a copy of their state constitution and see what it says.

I first heard of this only a few days ago, so it was fresh in my mind. The other thread linked the bill in the VT legislature, but had no other useful info other than "this is from 200 (per google)," and such.
