Very cool. I presume those STI frames are PPT only?

Nice pistol! Do you have a CNC machine to fit the slide to the frame? Was it hard to fit the hood of the barrel into the slide?

Do you have a bushing or do you have a bull barrel?

Are all of your internal parts STI? Nice fit on the beaver tail safety and frame!

Just get a Safariland rig and you're ready for Limited class competition!

No mill just fit it by using fine needle file to get slide started then made a lapping compound of sandpaper grit and breakfree then hammered the slide back and fourth with rubber mallet until i could by cycle it by hand, barrel hood isn't hard you just have to go slow, mearsure the with of hood and recess in slide with calipers, the difference is what has to be removed, half it and thats how much on each side then i measure and mark on hood where on hood i want to stop, keep putting barrel in slide to check your progress, the hammer and thumb safety is CMC and the upper is Springfield Armory slide and barrel, i didn't need to fit this barrel, bushing is an Ed Brown, rear sight is fixed MGW, i'll replace all the top end with STI and Nowlin parts but for now i wanted to take to the range to shoot it this weekend so i used what i had in spare parts.
P.S. yes the frame kit can only transfered as a PPT, bought it from a forum member here.
