Thinking about a Five Seven

I have have one and like it. Comes w/3 mags. I was sticking with (mostly) one single cal (45 ACP) for ammo purposes, but had to have one of these after shooting it.

The recoil is very light. If you're thinking about it and can afford it, jus get it. After a while you won't remember what you paid and will just enjoy it...

I used to want a Five Seven... until I handled one.
Thing felt like a junk toy to me. Although it probably is not, it definitely does not suit my preference. I like an all steel, Al frame, or Al alloy frame.

You would have to get an NFA compliant one, then send in your form1 + $200 tax stamp fee...get approved and then change it back to it "original" intended configuration.

Buy one from an NFA dealer, pay their fee + your $200 tax stamp....then play the wait game.

Form1 + $200 for an AR lower and buy and put all kinds of short barrels/calibers on it, including a 11.5 AR57 upper.....best bang for the buck!!!!!

I shot one tonight. A big yawn. Guy had one at the range and I sighted it in for him. I cannot imagine anyone spending $1k on that thing! To me, it felt like a plastic water pistol. But to each his own. I did pick up his brass though, about 200 pieces. I figure somebody on here will want it.

good gun, i still can't shoot it very well...if i take my time, i can do decent. but i like shooting it. i wanna buy another one.
