The thread starter is the guy I was talking about.

I asked him about this issue and referred him to this thread. He in turn posted it on that board to ask the German shooting community.

But there are many different interpretations. One says you are able to plead before the highest court (constitutional court), one says you are able to go on general strike and other jurists says you are justified for tyrannicide as ultima ratio...
