    P365 Extended Mag Release

I see several options and was wondering what people have tried and liked. I don't like how I can't drop the mag without shifting my grip.

In my internet searches I've found that I like the look of the Vuurwapen. It is made from stainless steel and is about $35 plus shipping

Sorry, I'm no help. I can use the factory one fine on my XL with the WC grip module.
    Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

Seems like it is really popular to change the grip module. I like the factory one well enough. I guess I would have to hold one of the aftermarket ones first to see what why so many do it.

Try a Wilson Combat and you will realize you actually don't like the factory grip. Get the weight kit as well if you decide to give it a try.

          Chop an oem.macro.grip.to.xl length.

It is amazing. As is the wilson xl

Shoot on a timer and you will.see what I.mean vs oem xl

Imo a carry gun doesn't need an extended mag release

The P365 is a carry gun so functional reliability is everything. An extended mag release makes it easier to bump and partially eject the mag when holstered, which turns your gun into a single shot pistol. Are you sure that's the right choice?

I went with an Armory Craft extended mag release. ~currently out of stock~ I first tried the WC grip. I liked it but want more. The bottom of my hand wouldn't let mags come out without releasing my grip as well. The palm pinch putting a new mag in is very real. I tried the larger WC x grip and really like it. (Needed to get different mags to do this) The grip swell is nice, but the texture was a bit too aggressive for me. I tried the Armory Craft grip and have been happy with it.

Yes, I don?t see that as an issue and am comfortable with my choice

I'm using Align Tactial Offset extended mag release. It also helps my small fingers get a but more higher purchase on the 365, especially my middler finger. I do see this a bit in the way of my incog IWB, but I ran a dremel where it was pressing against and problem solved.

Any extended mag release I would do some competitions or similar type shooting before carry.

See guys all the time repositioning hands dropping mags.Cops too

Issue won't shot up on a indoor range shooting a shot every 2 seconds

Agreed on the problem with indoor ranges. Fortunately I have a place where I can practice rapid firing and can even practice drawing and firing.

I used to have a Ruger LCP and sold it because in factory form it would drop the mag when firing rapidly. It was super frustrating and apparently a common problem. I suppose most people never figured that out because it would only happen on rapid fire.

The issue may not show up but still exist. Personal example: I have a Holosun EPS Carry on a P365XL I use when teaching CCW classes. About a year, no issues. Then one day I draw it and the dot isn't there. On closer examination the battery screw came out and both battery and battery tray are nowhere to be found. I'm able to continue teaching the class but if that had been after practicing with my self-defense pistol it would have not been good. (Yes I know that's what iron sights are for.)

I thought the factory threadlock would suffice for 2 or 3 battery changes. I found out I was wrong. Fortunately I found out with my training gun and not in a self-defense situation.

100% I threatlock everything myself vs factory and also have a dedicated training gun for that reason.
