There's a P-10 45 for sale at the local pawn show. Four-digit serial number. Comes with three mags. Very clean and doesn't appear much used. Maybe 'cause it'd unreliable?

It was offered to me earlier today for $595, $100 off original asking. I may return tomorrow or Saturday with a counter offer.

      I already own a Colt Defender, so 3" 1911 don't phase me.

I do like how it feels in my hand.

      To be continued....

It is very smooth and a little lighter than a good revolver trigger. It's fun to shoot and even more fun to step up to the line and have the RSO do a double take when you load it and the hammer follows the slide.
I'm retired. That's right, retired. I don't want to hear about the cop who stopped you today or how you didn't think you should get a ticket. That just makes me grumpy!

I have a Carry 9 LDA that I carry. I also carry HK with the LEM trigger. The only thing I don't like with the LDA is the reset occurs after the second click. The LEM can be fired again after the sear resets but before the hammer is fully lowered.

To those just getting into para game, make sure you can get mags for whatever gun you get

I have some mbx para mags that don?t work in 16-40 (but do work in ria double stacked 1911)

                      MAGs

Besides my OG Canadian 13s; i have MecGars too. The MecGars work perfectly in my P13.

Who thought this much love for Para...nice surprise as have been a fan since 1999.

It's 180-degrees from what I'm used to seeing on CalGuns about Para Ordnance!

But to be fair, once Remington got a hold of the company, Para did pretty much turn to you-know-what. But hey, Remington got what it wanted; i.e. the R1 (and where is that now?).

When Para was in its prime, they made some pretty dang sweet pistols!

Love my P13. Gave it some upgrades a few years back.

An older build. It can out pretty nice and shoots really well.
