I was thinking about getting one, did some research and decided I’m just gonna get a Glock 47 instead.

Saw some reliability problems as well as others and a lot of they just aren’t as good as they use to be.

Don’t have any first hand knowledge, but I saw enough negative statements to make me stick with the proven original…now if Glock would start offering the 47 in OD I’d buy it tomorrow.
Im a warmonger baby, I got blood in my eyes and I'm looking at you.

I have a dr920p and a cr920. Love them. Most after market parts fit never had any reliability issues. I have about 1000 or 1200 through each .
I also picked up the g47 which I like probably more for what you can do with it
Over all I dig the shadow systems. Lighter and just as tough as the Glock.
      My opinion

I saw the 47 and like it. I had a 45 and I thought initially it was awesome. Then I shot and got a Beretta M9A4, great gun, and a keeper, but it won't replace a G-19. I shoot the 19 very well, but always end up bloody from slide bite. I may need to do some more research, I haven't really seen a lot of reliability issues.

I have one. I bought it because a friend of mine has a couple of them and loves them. To me, it's the anti-Glock. A lot of the crappy Glockness is fixed. The grip angle is better, the sights are MUCH better. They're steel and suppressor height, and I think night sights, I can't remember. Optic ready of course. Great stipple job. Mine was 900-something including a threaded muzzle. You'd have a lot more money in a Glock if you fixed it up the same, except you would still have a Glock.

I can't speak to the reliability, I've only shot it a couple times. It cycles great with a silencer on it.

Had 7. The mr920s are generally fine esp the old ones.

Cr920 (had 4) was so bad it pushed me to p365 for carry

Happy to answer any and all questions. Older mr920 the better

It seems like the frame addresses the issues with the G19. Extended beavertail, double undercut trigger guard, and I like the ledges / reference points. Thanks

Ahhh, quiet shooting....soon, I hope. I agree about it being anti Glock.

The frame is amazing. Rest of the parts eh. Literally I buy them for the frame then everything else including slide is oem glock (but I run 509T).

Their optic cut is brilliant for rmr. Their firing pins suck

Is your 19 a Gen 3, grip force makes a well fitting beaver tail adapter, I know the Green Berets used them on there Gen 3 19s. If 4 or 5, they come with the beaver tail back straps no reason to ever get slide bite.

Yeah, it has mini gas pedals on it.

G&A says the CR920P may be the flattest-shooting production subcompact.

Peaked my interest in this one since my P365 is not, but the macro is available to me.

It is a gen 3, and I have the grip force adapter on it. I still get pretty nasty slide bite. 50 rounds is bad, 100-150, say for a match and I'm bloody. I know it's all a compromise, but the 19 (as much as I hate to say it) is a gun I shoot very well, so I live with it. Plus my wife has adopted the 19 as a carry gun. I feel it important to both have the same platform.
