dot connectors are on most Gen 4. Gen 3 have no marking unless specified on the box

They maintain the same speed but there is a slight pause in mid-air.

The connector doesn't affect bullet velocity.

The dot or no marking connector is for shooting with both hands. The minus for shooting with your left hand and the plus for shooting with your right hand
