4" Optic Cut Shield

I did this same mod on my Shield, minus the optic. Got the idea from one of the members here who made a post of his mods last year. I sourced the slide parts directly with S&W and they were very helpful and even sent me most parts for free! The only issue is some parts were back ordered, but it did arrive, mailed separately.

I believe the 2.0 slide uses a different extractor P/N 3001604 since it has a linear spring regulating minor spring-loaded tension (front-to-back). The additional linear spring is P/N 3005866 and there's a guide P/N 3001603. The extractor spring is also different and should be P/N 3002930. Attached is a picture of the 2.0 extractor linear spring & guide.

Mine is all built up, just waiting for the barrel. Thanks to this thread as well as the 2022 thread.
