Looking for recommendations on a multi-pistol case?

As the title says, am looking for a multi-pistol case that could fit full-size semi-autos with red dots, and most, with a weapon-mounted light.

I recently ordered this 5-pistol case from Case Club:

Since I ordered my Amazon - I got it for $99.95 (excluding taxes):

... Unfortunately, it is NOT deep enough and my pistols do not fit - I could feel the optic hitting the solid part of top of the case. See photo below

• Glock 17 + Trijicon SRO + Streamlight TLR-1HL
• Glock 21SF + Trijicon RMR
• Walther Q5 SF + Swampfox Justice

Good thing I got it from Amazon and just been approved a Return.

I ordered a larger than wanted case to get the depth I needed for red dot.
19x18x8 the 8" being critical.
All having the pick n pluck foam, not hard cut foam like yours.
Ouch..price jump was $60 over $100

Can not confirm the depth but on specifications it will work.

Harbor Freight is not deep enough 18x13x6

NOTE: if you tilt the handguns like you did the Harbor Freight will work without weapon light.
I prefer not tilting with the soft pick n pluck foam.

I use a large ammo can that I put a $5 lock kit on. I can slide several pistols in their soft cases in and lock it up.

I put guns only in one case and everything else in another case.
Rod, why not lay the guns on their side?

I have a lot of firearms, soft cases are better IMHO and offer complete organization no matter what you need to pack for the day. Look at some multi-pistol tactical range bags.

Looking at the specifications.
Item Dimensions LxWxH 19.75 x 15.53 x 7.48 inch
Will your case work if you remove foam from bottom?
Maybe use very thin foam or stick in place foam sheet.
I would remove all foam and measure interior, top/bottom.
Think 7" will work.

Same here. Have not much need for the cutouts for magazines, etc. I just need for the pistols.

It worked fine when all my pistols were just irons (and my eyesight was better). Now, with the majority of my pistols using red dots, no can do... Hence, me looking for a new case.

Majority of times I go to an indoor range, I usually bring just one or two pistols. But there are times that I'd like to pew pew just for fun either by myself or with friends - I prefer NOT to bring 5 pistols cases. #LOL

My "GPS"-branded range bag is more or less the same. However, I used the bottom compartment for ammo, emergency kit, tools, shot timer, Uplula, etc. It ensures that I have all what I need in every trip; I will just have to mix-n-match pistols and magazines.

Search for used Pelican cases on Ebay. There's a ton and you can get them for a fraction of the cost new if you don't mind some scuff marks and whatnot.

I saw a video review of the case - he recommended it as a workaround, but still suggest that if you could find an alternative case to just skip the Case Club.

Anyways, Amazon already accepted the return and I just dropped it off the local UPS a couple of hours back,

Too much hassle... Root cause, as foothillman mentions - it is not deep enough.
