    Tariq

I just messaged the seller, and all it was was his roundabout way of saying that the gun is in California, owned by a Californian and can be transferred by PPT at an FFL. The owner is in San Clemente.

Yeah, his description is vague (at best) perhaps deceptive (at worst) since he doesn't clearly state the PPT requirement, and then talks about shipping in a new case.

Thanks. The item has been updated with clarifying CA language.

I already told you that some of them ARE C&R eligible in the very first response of this thread.

          Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

Ultra Rare Iraqi Tariq (Licensed by Beretta) M1951 9MM *CA REGISTERED*

I completely understand the ambiguity in not trying to draw attention to a ppt while advertising it on gunbroker

since production began in 1981 and they're not commercially exported, seems like a unique opportunity for a ca resident buyer or any US resident buyer for that matter

good info in this article Al-Qadissiya Tariq

Well you might want to change your OP. You listed that they began making these in 1970, I was going off what you posted.
