    Glock 26

Anyone carry one? How much more noticeable to you is it vs say a shield?

    Anyone got on in general?

The only thing that is more noticeable is the thickness, it is quite a bit wider then a Shield or a 43/48. The shorter grip helps eliminate printing, but yeah it’s still a wide gun.

I have one and carry it aiwb. I compare it to having a brick in your waistband. I just drosd a shield and an eager to try that pistol. It is noticeably thinner.

+1 in a Bravo Concealment for AIWB.
Also have a Milt Sparks VM2 and makes it real comfortable behind the hip.

        Gotta love that thickness

I'm using a tier 1 xyphos for the g26. I had a bravo for my g19 and didn't love the fit so got rid of it. Heard good things about anr so was going to try one of those.

I like the thinner single stack guns but I also like my G26. It's fatter but you get a more rounds. I think my little mag extensions make it 12 rds total.
It takes a lot of balls to play golf the way I do.

I carry a 26 IWB on occasion on my strong side (usually stick with a G19). Depending on your body style, it’s can be easily concealed.

I wouldn’t say it’s slim but not as fat as a 30. Albeit, fat compared to a P365 and G43.

I have carried one strong side in a Brommeland Max Con V for the past 10 years or so. Comfortable/conceals well with Dickies shorts and a Tee-Shirt.

But what do I know...for years I carried a Light Weight Colt Commander in a Sparks summer special I just like leather holsters - I feel they mould to the body and just get more comforable with time.

I have both and the Shield is easier to carry if you dress lightly. The G26 is easy to carry, but works best if you have a belt to keep it tucked close.

Brick is the right word. Have one but don't carry it.

I’ve got both. The shield is easier to carry but it hold 8 rounds vs 10 for the G26. The G26 also accepts larger G19 10 and even 15/17 rounders if you have them. So theoretically the mag capacity is much higher should you need it. Ironically I’ve had a shoot off between the two and I am actually more accurate with the Shield. Either is pretty much the best choices you have given the roster. God I hope that changes…

I frequently carry my G26, usually in a Galco Concealable or shoulder rig. I tolerate it's slight chubbiness, because I like the flexibility of using inexpensive, ubiquitous factory 10-33 round mags that also work in my AR pistol.

It’s a small gun but not a completely disappearing gun to me. I carry a 642 in a pocket holster all the time and on occasion if I’m going somewhere sketchy I’ll carry a 26 with a magpul 13 round mag. Runs and shoots great. It’s not even the size it’s more the weight compared to a 642. I’m not sure how different a shield is.
Buying a safe and sane firework is like paying a hooker for a hug. I do not see the appeal in it.

                              I ccw a g19 normally so I like the 26.

It is a tad less comfortable than a shield. But split times and measured accuracy are better for me with a g26
