      Should be pretty easy to do. Let me have it for a week and I can mill something that’s not very invasive and it will be reversible. Oh I forgot we’re in California.

          Franklin Armory DFM mags are an inexpensive solution for .223 AR15s. Worth a look to see if it would work with the banshee.

                  Have him get on the waiting list for this lower. Since he's a LEO he'll be able to DROS it as a pistol. It has a built in fixed magazine solution.
