Really like these pistols. Compact and double stack mags with no over penetration. I have a few of them. At 10-15 yards all shoot low about 2". Same ammo in Makarov shoots point of aim. I made some hot reloads and still low. Just wondering is it me or do you guys notice the same thing with cz82 shooting low?

Shooting low usually isnt the gun

You could file the front sight down .02" and that would raise the group 2" @ ~12.5 yds

Be sure you confirm the group off a bench rest first to eliminate the shooter as the problem, and try various ammo if you can get your hands on any variety.

I've owned two of the and both shot POA out to 25 yards and were very accurate.

If it shoots low, maybe the sights are using the combat sight picture for aim where you have to cover the target with the front sight dot.

Both of mine shoot to POA If you are shooting low offhand then chances are you are Mashing the Trigger.

Shoot the gun off a rest and see how it actually groups then.

I refinished one of mine, got both for $500 plus a bunch of ammo and bullet moulds. Will get to the other one soon. Cera Kote is great to work with. First one is all black but the next one will be two tone Sliver and Black. These guns are what a Makarov wishes it would have been. I have a Mak too! The CZ's are much better guns IMHO.
