Edit added: I didn't realize that Cougar was a combination of Colt & Ruger.

Mark Kearns did the 4" blued Smolt many years ago. Craig Maraviov in Woodland did the 6" Smolt and the Couger. All of these shoot extremely well.

Here are a few others that Craig built for me over the past few years. The first is a 6" Couger, the next a 6" Smolt built on a Mdl 19, and the last is built on a Mdl 686. They've since been sold (As I recall to the same forum member!). Shoulda kept that blued one...dang it.
