    RolinThunder said that parents or siblings could send you a handgun directly to you, and that you could use the oplaw form to register them with CADOJ. He did not refer to an FFL in his post. Rolin's method woulld have had two non-licensed residents of different states transfering a firearm across state lines, a federal felony.

    Quiet "fixed" Rolin's post to show what Rolin "should" have said.

      Anyone looking to do an intra familial transfer should call the CA DOJ (916) 263-4887 AND the ATF in Washington (202) 648-7090. There's a lot of varying and wrong info floating around out there.
