    Sig P320 Grip Module?

    I have a Sig P320 Compact in 45acp.

I'm looking for a replacement grip module that places the web of my hand higher up the grip.

Here is a side by side comparison with an M&P9. You can see how much lower the grip is for the P320....I'm hoping to find a grip module that places my hand higher on the weapon and has a nice beaver tail.

There are 2 problems I keep encountering when searching for such a thing:

    1. Not many aftermarket grip modules work with 45acp
    2. It needs to be for 'Compact', not Carry, full size, or sub-compact

Please let me know if you have a lead.

Due to the design of the gun you're going to be stuck with the high bore access.
    Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

No such thing. Nature of the P320 beast, and a signature Sig trait.

Looking for a grip that allows your hand to be placed higher closer to the bore? You’ve got two choices, the X-series TXG grip from SIG Sauer. It is a Tungsten infused polymer grip, exact same grip used on the P320 X5 Legion. It is only available in full size. Since you have a compact slide, you’ll need to trim it down 1-1/4”. Very nice grip, but it’s a bit costly with an MSRP of $299?

Your other choice would be a grip module from Wilson Combat. These are extremely nice with the features you’re looking for. Larger beaver tail & an undercut behind the trigger guard which places your hand higher closer to the bore. Tungsten rods are available for $22 for a more balanced weight. Grip is also available in 3 sizes (Full, Compact & Carry) and two colors (Black or FDE). Best of all, the MSRP is much more tolerable at $65

I’ve got the Wilson Combat grip on 3 of my P320s and I have no complaints

I shoot my Wilson Combat better than the stock or xcarry grips but the 320s by design mimic the bore axis of a hammer fired firearm.

It doesn't have the same shape as the ordinary X grip?

For $65, I think I'm going to get one of those Wilsons' and give a try with my 45 FCU.

It's the same grip with unicorn farts. Look and compare to image OP posted of the factory X grip. Web of hand falls in the same exact location. Grip to bore axis is predetermined by the design of the platform. Same profile, different surface treatment.

I have a 320/45 like you in carry size. For the large frame 320, we are stuck with the old style grip module. Axis bore is similar to 22x line up.

You can however go down in caliber to run the latest grips from Sig or Wilson. I have a 9mm X5 legion upper and mags with Wilson grips using the 45acp FCU. Takes about 30-45s to swap calibers while at the range. My 45 is my edc
