Congrats on getting it for $500. Simple economics, supply and demand is what causes the price to rise. Some people have the disposable income to spend $1500 on a gun they really want.

Lol I don't care about the trader rating. I haven't given none out that's why I haven't got any back. I had a previous account that I for got that PW to so I created a new one. Plenty of ratings before. Came back to the site to look for a lever gun but I was lucky to find it at a local shop. I wonder how much my newly acquired Marlin Dark 1895 is worth ��

It's been my experience that very few people are willing to return the favor of submitting an ITrader post.

I actually have many - even thou my true count is far higher.

People always tell me that they're satisfied with their purchases from me - yet never take the time to say so via ITrader - so I see it as completely worthless...

F- em' - I'm pretty much done buying or selling anyways...

I have a decent 70% return on iTraders. I don't ask, I just leave a honest iTrader, and the PM they get plus positive commentary gets them to leave one back.

People that don't tend to leave them either are only here to buy/sell a gun and don't care about the community itself, and have:
(*) 0 or 1 iTrader ratings,
(*) Either a join date of 2020, or a post count under 10.

I told myself that I was done buying too....then I bought more this year. Geez-bus, it never ends. That said, it's nice to have a collection and therefore not be a desperate buyer. Lot of these sellers talk tough, but they're desperate to cash in before the buying rush ends, so I just buy at my usual prices, which is mindful of the usual off-roster tax yet not rising to the level of COVID-pricing.

You are overgeneralizing. I don't leave ratings mostly because most times I try to the function does not work. Like it wouldn't accept the deal thread URL even though there are no errors.
