Beretta 92 style with replaceable sights

Price includes removal of rear sight, machining of front sight to accept a pin over front sight and replacement of front and rear sights.

This option is available in Trijicon Bright & Tough style or Trijicon HD style. The front sight for HD style installations will be installed with a glow powder added to the outline ring of your choice.

Important: The front and rear sights will be approximately .070″ taller than the factory sights. Please keep this in mind if holstering is an issue.

Please note this option is not available for slides with existing tritium in the front sight, or that have had any modifications done to the front sight.

Original rear sight will be returned with shipment. Original front sight will no longer be of use without a custom pin-over sight.

I would love to avoid the heavier slide if possible.

Pro Tip: All the COOL kids shoot the Brig slide...and a "G" configuration.

Kidding...sort of. But the Brig slide is awesome. As are the G models. But you can always convert to G later.

You can buy fully assembled vertec slides from Beretta (no barrel). They have them in stock from time to time. Vertec slides also go on sale on beretta forums and other online gun sites.

The only on roster Beretta being currently produced with a replaceable front sight is the Brigadier. You can also just buy an M9, M9A1 or 92FS and just put a Vertec or Brigadier slide on it, although a replacement Brigadier slide are a rare commodity.

As for the weight difference, my Brigadier slide is 12.8 ounces while my Vertec slide is 11.6 ounces. I actually prefer the Vertec slide and used one to build a 92 LTT clone.

Why not just get the Meprolight sights that pin onto the front sight? That way if they ever die out, you just unpin them and pin a new one in?

You mean I could just buy a regular "made in Italy" stamped 92 and add night sights through Wilson Combat ??

One more question are there any on roster 92s that have the decocker only, no safety?
