    Moving back to CA ...

    ... from Colorado.

Yes, I'm moving back. Yes, I have good reason for it. No, I don't need the "why are you moving back?" replies. I'll be in the Sacramento area so CCW is on the table.

What handguns do I bring back?

I'm a Sig guy, so P320 and P365 is on the list. Maybe a Gen 4/5 Glock? What else? A 1911? I'm interested in guns that have a large value as I don't want to spend big $$$ on specific guns when I get back.

    Thoughts?

    TIA.

    Cheers,
    Bill

If you like Sigs, get all the good used LE trade in Sigs you can afford. They are impossible to find in CA. PreRona there were used P226s and P229s going for around $400 outside CA.

Approach this very carefully. Think ahead about guns you think you might want to try someday. This is your last shot to get them.

If you’re looking for investment opportunities, look below:
        - 2011s (STIs are a gold mine)
        - Gen 5 MOS Glocks - 17, 19, 34 etc
        - CZ TS Orange
        - HK VP9s and P30L (can’t go wrong with John Wick)
        - CZP10 optics ready
        - Sig M17s, 320 X5

There are many more but these will appreciate significantly as soon as you cross state lines.

As many off roster as you can afford. Once you get here you can decide you don't like them and double your money.

You need to investigate/contemplate a few things.

              1. How many guns you can sell per year without becoming a dealer.
              2. Will California begin to limit that beyond what would be acceptable for a timely return of expenses.
              3. Consider if California prohibits PPT of guns that are not on the roster.
